Product Description
Glass plate level gauge is divided into three kinds: Transparent
type, reflection-type and sight glass type. The level gauge is
mainly composed by level gauge’s body, upper valve (gas valve),
lower valve (liquid valve), drain valve, insurance steel ball and
so on. When the glass plate have some cracks or be damaged, the
insurance steel ball will automatically stop the side valve of gas
and liquid to avoid or reduce flowing. So the worker can cut off
the bottom valve to handle it. This series product is stable,
sealed and reliable, simple installation, which is ideal instrument
for detecting for liquid level in all kinds of containers with
middle or low pressure.
Connecting the upper and lower flanges of this level gauge with the
upper and lower flanges of the container to form a permeator, then
the height of liquid can be directly seen.

Workshop and Processing
The magnetic suspension type liquid level gauge and the container
to be measured form a connecting device to ensure that the liquid
level between the container to be measured and the measuring tube
body is equal. When the float in the measuring tube of the level
gauge changes with the measured liquid level, the magnet in the
float interacts with the magnet in the display color code on the
display bar to turn it over. Red means liquid, and white means no
liquid. Accurately display the purpose of the liquid level.
According to the needs of the project, the user can also cooperate
with the magnetron level gauge, on-site digital display, or output
4-20 mA standard remote electrical signal to meet the needs of
recorders or industrial process control, and can also be close to
or close to the magnetron switch The switch is used in conjunction
to monitor and alarm the liquid level, or to control the liquid
import and export equipment.
How to install the magnetic suspension level gauge
1. When receiving the product, the user should carefully check
whether the product is damaged during transportation and check
whether it meets the requirements of the order. After the
inspection, the condition is good, please install it in the
following order accurately.
2. Float and measuring tube are packaged separately. Remove the
bottom flange, keep the top of the float upward, install the float
into the measuring tube, and install the bottom flange. Then
connect it to the container under test.
3. The magnetic body in the float interacts with the magnet in the
color bar on the display panel, the color code is reversed, red
means liquid, and white means no liquid.
